Special Pork Roll

Rub the roll with salt, pepper, coriander, garlic. Set aside to marinate. Then pour in hot water, bring to a boil and simmer until tenderness. Bake the roll in the oven until it gets slightly brown. Serve with boiled potatoes or stewed cabbage, parsley and horse-radish.
